Gallery: Europe’s largest children’s neuroscience centre

Developing a creative environment for children with conditions like autism and Aspergers presented Artmongers with a fascinating challenge. A combination of research, observation and excellent input from the therapists and clinical staff who work with the children helped guide the creative process. The project was completed in close cooperation with architects Stevensen Associates.

The outcome is a calm, light filled space with the unifying theme of wind. From the magnetic weather map to younger children to the more scientific anemometer display the theme is presented through 15 different artworks to support the patients during their visit.
